Replacements
- Collab Customs stands by each of our products 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will be replaced at no charge. Any claims for misprinted or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of the product being shipped.
- Please submit a ticket with the required information and we will be sure to get it taken care of for you.
Claims
- Address for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
- Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Returns
- We are unable to handle the returns process for all of our sellers. In the event a packaged is returned to us, we will notify you. They will be donated after 15 days, if we do not hear back from you.
- If your customer wishes to return their items, they should contact you – the store owner.
- Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. If you choose to accept returns or offer size exchanges to your end customers, you would need to place a new order at your expense.
