Do you have a manual order feature?
- At this time, we do not have a manual orders feature built into our integration. We are working on getting a similar feature built into the system.
How do I order Samples?
- While this is not a feature in our current software integration, we are working to provide this to you as soon as possible. We should have it available soon. you can purchase samples direct from our website here.

I made a sale on ETSY, but I don't see it in the Collab Customs Portal?
- Orders can take up to several hours to show due to ETSY web-hooks that communicate with the Collab Customs integration. If you do not see your order after a few hours, please submit a ticket and we will be sure to get it taken care of for you as soon as possible.
What is your fulfillment time? What is your shipping time?
- Our current fulfillment times for products can be seen on each of the products inside the Collab Customs app. The fulfillment times for products varies, but almost all of our products are shipped within 3 days.

Do you offer faster shipping on orders?
- Currently we have it set to a single carrier. If an order needs to be rushed, please submit a ticket so we can get back to you promptly on your request.
How soon will we be notified about inventory running out of stock?
- We've been working tirelessly on our end to prevent this from occurring, especially during the holiday seasons. However if it does happen, we will notify all users as soon as possible. Usually we are able to estimate products going out of stock over 2 week in advance.

Cut Off Date for Christmas

The Christmas Holiday Cut off date is December 12th. That is the last day in which we will guarantee orders will be shipped out in time for Christmas. This allows us a couple of days for production as well as shipping times. Accounting for a little slow down in shipping times due to increased demand.
- With that said, we will continue to push out orders after December 12th for the Christmas Holiday. However, due to fulfillment and shipping times, we cannot guarantee that the orders will arrive before Christmas.
