Overview of Personalization Process

• Automatic Personalization:
  • All products within the Collab Customs system are treated as personalized items by default.
  • On platforms like Etsy, if the personalization option is turned off, no information will be received by Collab Customs. Published products are by default turned on for personalization. 
  • There's no need selection for personalization on the Collab Customs app—it is automatically included.

Key Steps for Personalization

1. Using Pre-Selected Fonts:

   • Collab Customs offers a list of predefined fonts to speed up the personalization process.
   • These fonts are readily available on the Collab Customs website.
   • To use these fonts:
     • Include the relevant personalization text (such as "name") in your design file where the customization should appear.
     • Upload your design in your Collection with the relevant personalization text included in the design.

2. Using Custom Fonts:

   • If the available fonts do not meet your needs, you can opt for a custom font:
     • Go to the "Contact Us" section on the Collab Customs website.
     • Select "Send Your File"
     • Attach the updated design file with the filled in personalized details in the font of your choice.
     • Provide your email, order number, and any additional notes necessary for processing.
     • Submit the ticket.

  • The predefined font list is small, designed to facilitate a quick start. And provide you with the ability to leave your personalization orders on autopilot. 

• Design Submission:

  • Ensure that all personalization details, like the placement of names, are clearly marked in your design file.
  • If using custom fonts, always doublecheck necessary details (order number, email, notes) to avoid processing delays.
