In this video, we'll give you a quick overview of our Collab Customs app. You'll learn how to sell your designs, connect to your store, and navigate the various in-app pages. I'll also show you how to upload your designs as collections and showcase them across all products. Additionally, I'll highlight the importance of publishing the correct product variant for your design. No action is required from you, but this video will provide important context for using our app effectively.

Check Out with STRIPE

• Before your order can be processed, you need to "Check Out with Stripe" for the order manually. A reminder email will be sent to you upon sale. A delay in checking out, will delay our processing time. 

Collections vs Products Page

• The Collections Page is where you upload your product design. Designs DO NOT need to be 6000px x 6000px. That is for out largest product, as your design goes to all products automatically, the default "Recommended Size" is set to go to the largest product. All designs however should have a minimum of 300dpi.

• The Products Page will just showcase the latest design across all of the products.
  

UV Printed Product Listing vs Laser Engraved Product Listing

• It is very important to consider which product listing you are publishing. If a product doesn't have a listing for Laser Engraved, then the product cannot be laser engraved. And vice-versa. Per the photo example below.. If you were to publish the Laser Engraved Listing with the colored design, we would still see it on our end as a Laser Engraved product. And we would print it accordingly. If you've previously uploaded a design incorrectly, you will need to republish the design with the correct product type. Otherwise you run the risk of the product being sent to the incorrect machine. While we do our best to reach out to confirm if something looks incorrect, we cannot gurantee we will be able to catch the error.
