   • Review the order information to identify the specific personalization required.

2. Prepare the Personalized Design:

   • Open your design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva,..).
   • Insert the personalization details (e.g., a name) into the design.

3. Uploading the Personalized File:

   • Navigate to the "Contact Us" section on the Collab Customs website.
   • Select "Send Your File"
   • Fill out the required fields: order number, any notes or instructions, and attach the personalized design file that you have filled in from your customers information.
   • Submit the form and send the file to Collab Customs.

4. Email Confirmation:

   • After submitting the file, you will receive an email confirmation from Collab Customs verifying that your file was received.
   • If there are any issues or questions regarding the file, Collab Customs will reach out before proceeding with printing.

  • Collab Customs will match the size and placement of the personalization as closely as possible to the mockup that is generated in the Collab Customs App.

  • If you do not include a placeholder for the personalized text, leave sufficient space in your design to accommodate the personalization.
