Key Steps for Personalization Using Fonts

1. Accessing Fonts:

   • Navigate to the Collab Customs website.
   • Go to the "Resources" section and select "Personalized Fonts."
   • Here, you’ll find a list of preselected fonts available for your designs.
   • If the current font list does not meet your needs, check back later as more options may be added.

2. Preparing Your Design:

   • In your design software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva,..), insert the personalization fields directly where you want them on your design.
   • For example, if you are personalizing a tumbler with a year for the personalization, type "Year" in the chosen font and position it in your design.
   • This will allow Collab Customs to know exactly where and how to apply the personalization. As well as which font to use for the personalization.

3. Uploading Your Design:

   • Upload your design file to the Collab Customs App, as the Collection Design.
   • Ensure the design reflects all personalization details (e.g., name, year) in the font you've selected from the available list.
   • The uploaded design should clearly indicate the exact placement of the personalized text.

4. Customer-Specific Instructions:

   • Advise your customers to add each personalized order individually to their cart if they are purchasing multiple items with different personalizations.
   • This helps prevent confusion and ensures each product is personalized correctly for each variant purchased.

5. Handling Complex Personalizations:

   • For simple customizations (e.g., a single name or year), use the available fonts and upload your design as described.
   • If a customer requests additional details (e.g., multiple names, locations), you may need to create a custom design file and send it directly to Collab Customs via their portal.

6. Examples:

   • Simple Personalization: If you're adding a name to a design, ensure the name is formatted to fit the designated space. If the name is unusually long, we might have to adjust the font size accordingly.
   • Complex Personalization: If your design involves multiple names or custom elements, it would be better to send us the file already filled in with the customers personalization. Submit this file through the Collab Customs portal to avoid potential errors.
